Shipping FAQ

When will my order ship?

Orders are shipped from Utrecht, The Netherlands every 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month. Then, the delivery speed depends on the carrier and service chosen. Usually, we don't have more information other that what the tracking number provides.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

As per EU law, If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without a justification. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Which carrier will deliver my package?

Orders for the Netherlands will be shipped out via PostNL. International orders will be carried by DHL.

Will I be subject to international customs?

Maybe. Customs checks are made randomly by customs offices. Orders affected may be delayed; or, if unpaid long enough, they are returned to sender. Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, and I can't determine how much they will charge. I cannot refund you for orders returned for unpaid customs. If your order is affected, your carrier will contact you with the phone or email you provide.


Merch FAQ

Will [design] be restocked? If so, when?

It depends, but it's unlikely. I can't create designs on-demand; it takes months for orders to come in, and I plan inventory primarily around conventions. And I always have a backlog of new products.

I do, however, take customer input seriously when reordering; the best way to show your support for a restock is to comment on social media 😉

How should I wash your products?

Please wash our apparel (dresses, sweaters, crop tops, facemasks) inside-out on a cold cycle; tumble dry on low. This will keep your apparel clean and cozy for years to come!

For tote bags, headwear, and other accessories, please spot clean them with mild soap and warm water.

Do you do custom pieces?

Not at the moment.
